Actor Dominic Roco, 4 others nabbed in buy-bust
QUEZON City police arrested actor Dominic Roco and four others in a buy-bust operation early Saturday morning in Barangay Holy Spirit.
Reports reaching the Philippine National Police (PNP) Headquarters said Roco, 33, was with Reynaldo Sanchez, 45; Eugene Marvin Tolentino, 27; Renz Anthony Cruz, 33; and Dexie Diamante, 21.
BGen. Nicolas Torre 3rd, QCPD director, said Roco and his group were collared by members of the Police Station-14 under Lt. Col. Alex Alberto around 1:20 a.m., Saturday.
Confiscated were P112,000 worth of shabu, P14,000.00 worth of dried marijuana "kush", a weighing scale, and the buy-bust money, according to Alberto.
Torre said the actor and his companions have been detained at the police station as charges of violation of Republic Act 6425 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act are being readied before the City Prosecutor's Office.
